Q:1 What is the age group for an infant and child?

  • The age group of an infant is 0-2 years.
  • The age group of child 3-12 years.
Q:2 If we to travel in a group how can we make a booking?
Answer

The maximum number of passengers in a group is limited to 9 by the airline and if the numbers of passengers exceeds then please contact us at info@bestoflights.com.au for group fares.

Q:3 How long does it take to get the tickets issued once the passenger makes the payment?
Answer

Once you have made the payment for your tickets the issuance will be done within 24 to 48 hours.

Q:4 Can I make a special request for meals, seats or others?
Answer

Yes, you can surely make a special request for seats, meals, airport assistance, and wheelchair others with the consultant making your booking as they will request it with the airline. Also, some airlines may charge you for special request.

Q:5 Where will I find essential information about my trip?
Answer

You can find it on the airline website by entering the booking reference number or the e-ticket number.

Q:6 What if I didn’t receive a confirmation e-mail?
Answer

In the following case, we request you to check the spam or junk box, if then also you don’t find it please feel free to call us and have a word with the consultant.

Q:7 Is it necessary to print the ticket or I can show the final email at the airport?

It’s better to print an e-ticket as it is considered easy but you can show your mail to the airline.

Q:8 How can I print an E-ticket?

Kindly print the E-ticket copy which the consultant has sent you on your email..

Q:9 What is the refund policy?
Answer

Firstly we would like you to check whether the tickets you have selected the fare of those tickets are refundable or non-refundable. If the tickets are non-refundable then we won’t be able to make any kind of refund but if the tickets are refundable then, in that case, it will take a time of 12 weeks and also some cancellation fees will apply according to the airline policy.

Q:10 What is the date change policy?
Answer

 For changing the dates of your travel after the booking already made charges are applicable. For the date change our administration fees is $75 plus airline fee for the date change.

Q:11 What is the cancellation policy?
Answer

 For the cancellation of a ticket, the charges that apply are $150 plus airline fee for the cancellation of the booking. Sometimes the charge may be 100% to the cost of the booking.
