Terms & Conditions

Agency:-

is an agency that just makes the booking on your behalf with the travel service provider. We take no responsibilities for the services provided by the travel service provider. If, for no reason, the service provider is unable to provide you with the services it’s the fault of the service provider, not Bestoflights.

Prices:-

prices shown on the website are subject to the availability of seats. Prices may change due to factors outside our control, which may increase the cost of the product or service. Factors such as taxes and airfare increase, fuel surcharges or currency fluctuations. The price is only guaranteed when paid in full.

Taxes:-

are certain taxes that are applied to bookings of certain countries i.e., local airport tax. These can change any time without any notice.

Change and Reissue fees:-

are applicable for the change of dates or reissue of the tickets. Please check with your consultant that your ticket is changeable as some fares cannot be changed. Our administration fee is $75 plus airline charges. Where we incur any liability for a charge or reissue for any booking, you agree to indemnify us for the amount of that fee or charge.

Cancellation and Refund fees:-

charges are applicable. These charges can be 100% of the cost of the booking. Please check with your consultant your fare is refundable as some fares are non-refundable. Fees will apply to all refundable tickets. The basic fees charged by us i.e., $150 plus any airline cancellation fees.

Payment by Credit Card or Cheque :-

are 1.5% surcharges on credit card for visa or master card and 3% for American express or dinner club (online promotions may vary). Credit cardholders must be travelling we don’t accept any third party credit cards and we may also reject your payment.

Deposits and Payment:-

payment for the booking must be done within the time advised by the consultant some airfares or services must be paid in full at the time of booking. All internet transfer payments need to be made 48 hours before your due date. Please fax or email all internet transfer or bank deposit receipts to your consultant. The payment done to us is non-refundable but can be used within 6 months.

Reconfirmation:-

would suggest you confirm your reservation 72 hours before your travel with the local airline office as sometimes the airline may cancel some reservations.

Baggage allowance:-

  • 1. First Class: 40 kg of free baggage allowance per person.
  • 2. Business Class: 30 kg of free baggage allowance per person
  • 3. Economy Class: 20 kg of free baggage allowance per person.
  • 4. For travel to and from the USA, the free baggage allowance is 2 pieces per person. Please check with your consultant for dimension and weight information.

Special Requests:-

you want to have any specific meal, seat, medical requirements, wheelchair, airport assistance or any other please ask your travel agent.

Passport and Visas:-

check with your consultant the passport you are is valid with a 6-month validity from the date of entry (for international travel). Also, you should have the valid visa and re-entry permits which meet the requirements of immigration and other services. s. Any fines, penalty payments or expenditure incurred as a result of such documents not meeting the requirements of those authorities will be your sole responsibility.

Frequent flyer:-

advise you, travel consultant, your frequent flyer details. Your consultant will pass these details on to the relevant supplier, but we cannot guarantee that the supplier will credit any points for your booking. Please retain all boarding passes to allow verification of your travel if required.

Travel Advice:-

travel advise, please contact the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade or visit their website at www.smartraveller.gov.au.

Health :-

is your responsibility to ensure that you are aware of any health requirements for your travel destinations and to ensure that you carry all necessary vaccination documentation.

Liability:-

do not accept any liability of whatever nature, whether in contract, tort or otherwise, for the acts, omissions or default, whether negligent or otherwise, of third party providers over whom we have no direct control. Under circumstances where liability cannot be excluded, such liability is limited to the value of the purchased travel arrangements. We do not accept any liability in contract, tort or otherwise for any injury, damage, loss (including consequential loss), delay, additional expense or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly, by force majeure or any other event which is beyond our control which is not preventable by reasonable diligence on our part.
